Who I Am Off The Record

I am an independent investigative journalist reporting on wrongful convictions, cold cases, and failures of the criminal justice system. I am also the founder of Murder Creek Media, where my investigations have contributed to post-conviction appeals, uncovered new evidence in unsolved homicides, and brought renewed scrutiny to cases long considered closed.

I'm a proud member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and Omega Nu Lambda, and in 2025, I was nationally recognized by the Alliance for Women in Media for my investigative work on Skeptical: An Investigative Podcast, a rare honor for someone in independent media.

Outside of my professional work, I dedicate my time to nonprofit projects supporting children with special needs and continue to advocate for truth, transparency, and justice through digital storytelling.
